<p>박00씨는 작년 8월 13일 통영 한 거리에서 70대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 한00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 810만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 B씨와 같이 돈을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>

<p>지난해 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 홍보로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 불편한 면이 있을 것이다”고 했다.</p>
