HVAC maintenance

I finally got around to scheduling HVAC maintenance last week, and I'm kicking myself for putting it off. The technician showed up, checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the coils, and replaced the air filter. He noticed a small issue with the blower motor that could have turned into a big problem come summer. It’s not the most exciting chore, but now my system runs quieter and my energy bill went down a bit. Highly recommend it.
